Accounting Assistant / Office Manager
- Record invoices, expenses, and bank transactions
 - Help prepare monthly closings and financial reports
 - Follow up on payments and supplier accounts
 - Liaise with our external accounting partner
 
Office & Team Support (≈ 35%)
- Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, travel, logistics, events)
 - Draft and update internal documents (in English )
 - Contribute to a positive, efficient office culture
 
Plan business trips and teambuilding events (≈15%)
- Coordinating all business travel logistics
 - Planning, budgeting, and executing team-building activities
 
You’re a great fit if you…
- Have experience in accounting and/or office management (ideally in a small or growing company)
 - Have a good written English level (emails, documents, internal communication)
 - Are comfortable with Google Sheet / Excel and accounting tools (Pennylane, QuickBooks for instance). Experience with any other invoicing application is a plus.
 - Are organized, reliable, and hands-on
 - Enjoy helping teams work better together and solving small daily challenges
